I chose Swathi Builders, Ananda Road, Alwarpet, Chennai , after zeroing on from quite a few large and medium scale builders in 2017 for our JDP "SRIDHAN" in Jayaram Avenue , Sastri Nagar, Vannanthurai, Adyar 20 .Time frame, quality, financial integrity, professionalism in planning and execution, commitment , etc were prime factors besides maintaining a cordial relationship me as also with buyers Project was completed in record time of 13 months from planning pernission to completion certificate ( 4/2018-5/2019). First we bought a couple of apartments from Swathi, and impressed by their integrity, humbleness and promptness of service we decided to enter into a JV with our own house in Indranagar .
