We at Swathi have been building homes since 1986. Our company was founded by K. Swaminathan. While starting out, we clearly laid out the principles that we as a company would stand by, and these principles have reflected through our services for over 95 projects in and around the city. We are one of the Pioneers of Joint Venture projects in Chennai, who are known for the relationships we build with our Joint Venture partners. This has enabled our customers and JV partners to act as our marketing channel.
